She joined TWH in January 2024 and is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. Tiara is the “go to” person for billing/administrative, soft skills training and scheduling. She has a proven ability to streamline office operations, enhance productivity, and foster a positive work environment. She is passionate about utilizing her leadership skills to drive team performance and operational efficiency. Receiving her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Chowan University Tiara uses her expertise in office management to contribute to a positive dynamic. "Growth-oriented organization is my goal!"
